Duratemp

T-111
High quality 5/8" rough-sawn plywood siding with vertical grooves 8" on center. Must be painted or stained. Best option if you want to stain and have a rustic, natural wood appearance. |
Vinyl
OSB subsiding covered with vinyl siding, soffit and aluminum facia. Doors trimmed with aluminum clad 1x4. Vinyl buildings have a 4' ridge vent instead of 8 x 16 aluminum vents. The best option for a totally maintenance free building. |

- Painting or staining and caulking(except with optional paint)
- Building and zoning permits
- Cash, check or credit card on delivery
- 4" deep pad of ¾" crushed stone base 1' larger than building on all 4 sides is highly recommended, but not required. Must be level. Remove sod and fill back in with stone or build a frame to contain stone. See photos for ideas.
- If permission is granted to enter yard, we are not responsible for yard damage. With our mule, damage to your yard is not very likely.
